Admin & Finance Assistant
Job Summary:
The Admin and Finance Assistant will provide support to the administration department on HR, Purchasing and Finance jobs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
- Responsible in drafting, checking general letters, memos, sending and receiving e-mail
- Responsible with registration, renewal/termination linked with government bodies/others
- Keep all staff records/files up-dated.
- Responsible for day to day financial transactions record keeping
- Ensuring proper documentation of payment vouchers and all other supporting documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in accounting
Salary range
- RM1,800.00 to RM 2,300.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
