Job Description
~ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
¬ Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, copying, scanning and emailing and etc
~ Process paperwork, generate reports, maintain and update database
¬ Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries and inventory for the office on a monthly basis.
~ Have good communication skill and able to handle multiple tasks.
~ Filing documents and communicating relevant information
¬ Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement
~ At least 4 years working experience in related field
¬ Degree holder and at least Gred B in SPM Bahasa Melayu and English
¬ Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
Salary Range
RM3,000 to RM4,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
