Admin Executive – United Security Services Sdn Bhd
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our team! If you have experience in the security industry and can start immediately, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
✅ Previous work experience in a security firm is a must.
✅ Able to start immediately.
✅ Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Call & Communication Management:
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to Directors and Senior Management.
- Prepare documents and complete required forms as per management instructions.
Government & Compliance:
- Prepare government tenders and quotations.
- Have knowledge of the EP System (KDN).
- Liaise with government departments and agencies as required.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
