The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of discretion.
- Handle general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave applications, and onboarding processes.
- Support finance with basic tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash management, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
