Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (Half-day)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Sat)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Location: Koperasi Serbaguna Pasar, A12, Jalan Besar Kop Serbaguna Pasar, 86400 Parit Raja, Johor
1) Handle communication and records with suppliers, including quotations and delivery arrangements
2) Assist in preparing and updating Bill of Quantities (BQ) with the project team
3) Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to clients and from suppliers
4) Keep project and company documents well organised and up to date
5) Prepare and process purchase orders for materials and services
6) Track expenses and supplier payments, and liaise with the finance team
7) Provide administrative support for project teams, including scheduling and reporting
9) Ensure all documents meet company and legal requirements
10) Coordinate information between site staff and the office
11) Carry out general office tasks such as filing, calls, and supplies
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Have organizational skills with attention to detail
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
4) Good communication and coordination skills
