Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for meeting, including preparing agendas, minutes and follow ups.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, seminars and events for the Registrar Office.
- Prepare and distribute correspondencem reports and documents as required.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Handle internal and external correspondence related to academic matters.
- Assist in the organization of Registrar Office events, seminars and workshops.
- Support the Registrar Office in the implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining records of professional development activities for registrar office.
- Assist in Academic Visit such as accreditation audits by MQA, Professional Bodies, ISO 9001:2015 visit, etc.
- Assist and prepare internal and external audits.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Registrar Office.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the Registrar Office.
- Any other duties or tasks assigned from time to time.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, statistics, and documentation for audit and accreditation.
Requirements:
- Qualification at least Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years experience in Administrative.
- Good in Communication Skills and Documentations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
