Job Description:
- Assist in product listing, pricing updates, and SKU maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product samples, quotations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor stock movement, returns, markdowns, damages, and replacement items.
- Help prepare sales performance reports, product analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Support in planning promotions, displays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure smooth communication between merchandising, warehouse, and outlet teams.
- Liaise with internal departments (warehouse, sales, accounts) to ensure alignment on product and order matters.
- Provide customer service support when needed (follow-up on stock, delivery, or product queries).
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, correspondence, and data entry.
- Prepare reports, memos, purchase orders, and invoices as required.
Requirement
- Diploma in business or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoints).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Languages: Malay, English and Chinese Mandarin
- Have own Transportation
