JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Order Processing & Customer Service
- Process daily sales orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer communications via phone and email with professional follow-up
- Manage customer service requests and work with team to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and order tracking
Administrative Support & Learning Opportunities
- Provide general administrative support for daily office operations
- Assist with quotations, billing, and basic reporting tasks
- Support office coordination and document management
- Learn business operations through hands-on experience
Professional Development & Cross-Functional Exposure
- Participate in training programs to develop business skills
- Gradually take on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow
- Collaborate on diverse business initiatives across different functions
- Contribute to process improvements with guidance from supervisors

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Administration, or any equivalent Degree qualification
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, communication skills, problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic, independent, able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
- Solution-driven approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for technology, AI and growth mindset, and willing to try new things
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Chinese proficiency is an added advantage
Ideal Background:
