The Account Assistant will support the accounting department by performing an of accounting tasks. This role involves processing accounting transactions, assisting in the preparation of schedules and reports, reconciling bank statements, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of all records.
Accounting Transactions
· Process accounting transactions using UBS.
· Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Reporting and Schedules
· Assist in the preparation of schedules and financial reports.
· Provide support during the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
Reconciliation
· Reconcile bank statements.
· Reconcile other ledgers as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Administrative Duties
· Support the accounting department with filing, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities.
· Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Job Requirements
· Diploma Vokasional Malaysia is preferred.
· Familiarity with UBS software is preferred.
. Background in construction field is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Reliable, trustworthy, strong problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
