Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all company compliance-related matters (including MITI, MIDA, Customs, and MPSP), ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- License Renewal, application and follow up progress.
- Able to traveling related to document submission, discussion or meeting outside company area. (including but not limited to attend to government department for document submission and so on)
- Assist in the execution and coordination of logistics and transportation operations. (arrange shipping documents, coordinate with shipping agent local and oversea, custom clearance documentation and so on)
- Provide HR and administrative support (leave data entry, admin data entry and document preparation)
- Maintain good communication with other departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualification
- Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant administrative work experience will be given preference.
Skills
- Experienced in clerical work and computer operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be added advantages)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
