Responsibilities
- To generate, file, and scan incoming material forms for QC inspection, both local and international.
- To perform administrative tasks, including word processing, editing documents, preparing presentations, filing, and managing internal document requests.
- To update and maintain records such as the Customer Complaint Master List, CAR/NCR Master List, Claim Mill Master List, and Calibration Master List.
- To assist in issuing non-conformance reports to the relevant departments.
- To assist in updating and attaching reports in the Epicor System.
- To prepare Alleged Reports and Stainless Steel Reports.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in Business Management, Administrative Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Must be good in Mathematics (At least a C in SPM).
- 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Data Entry / Microsoft Excel / ERP System / AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers.
- Must be willing to work in a factory office environment.
