Education & Training
- A Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related experience in administration, hospitality industry, with 2 years’ experience in relevant function.
Skill / Attributes
- Assisting with day to day operations of the F&B and HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executive.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ordering processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with kitchen & f&b staff, and other team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Strong Communication skills
Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for the coordination of the food & beverage department including staffing, stock control, delivery events, etc.
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, townhall)
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant information (overtime, absences, leaves, etc)
· Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverages lists
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date food & beverages department files, records, and documentation.
· Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
· Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
· Plan staff roster based on outlets operational requirements
· Establish and maintain effective employee relations
· Responsible casual wages for partime’s including (registration, calculations, payment)
· Assist VIP/VVIP when needs.
· Responsible for stationary requirement for f&b and kitchen (ordering, pick up)
· Keep maintain staff record (attendance, leave, etc)
· Responsible for staff duty roster f&b & kitchen department.
· Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office.
Minimum Job Expectations
Operational
· Inventory Management:
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels of stationary, and supplies to ensure adequate stock for outlet usage. Coordinate to place orders, track deliveries, and manage storage.
· Administration/Training :
· Maintain training record with Head of outlet.
· To ensure all overtime form for all the venue team member been submitted base on dateline given.
Employees
· To maintain good working relationships with colleagues / employees and with that of other departments so as to maintain a good productive working environment.
· To ensure that good communication line is maintained with colleagues and/or subordinates.
To report for duty punctually, be well groomed, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times in order to set a good role model for all employees.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
To have a thorough and complete understanding of the Company’s Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations stipulated at all times as well as to the SOPP.
General
· To perform any related duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Management / immediate superior.
· To provide information to customers / target market effectively.
· To ensure that the image of the Company is maintained within the standards at all times.
· To maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees
- Act as Personal Assistant to F&B Management
- Manage the Department time and attendance system including payroll
- Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office
- Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions
- Raise Purchase Requests for the F&B department
- Handle and follow up on all F&B shipment orders, cash vouchers, suppliers etc
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast and coordinate with the finance department for budgeting requirements
- Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accurately
- Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office
- Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Food and Beverage records, financial reports

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
