ADMIN ASSISTANT
Location: Rawang
Type: Full-time
Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain office records and databases
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare and format reports, letters, and other documents
- Support finance and HR departments with administrative tasks (e.g., invoices, leave forms)
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure stock availability
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Able to work independently, with good time management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
