DUTY RESPONSILITIES:
- Administrative Tasks: This includes tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing mail and deliveries.
- Office Management: Ensuring the office has necessary supplies, maintaining equipment and furniture.
- Assistance: Providing support to other staff members with various tasks as required.
REQUIREMENT SKILLS:
· Able to speak Mandarin.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
