Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office administrative records (delivery orders, invoices, purchase order, etc.)
- Prepare, file, and manage project-related documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries.
- Help with transportation arrangement for export, import and local arrangement.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth communication flow
- Assist with scheduling, and basic HR tasks (e.g. attendance tracking, site worker documentation)
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and managed efficiently
- Perform ad-hoc administrative support as required by management.
Job requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
2. At least 1 year working experience in this field.
3. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
5. Multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and able to work under minimum supervision.
6. Possess good working attitude and able work well with other department team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
