- Handle daily administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with basic enquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales documents, and inventory files.
- Coordinate with the sales team for test rides, bike deliveries, and event arrangements.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic reports for management.
- Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Organization Skills: Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, and attention to detail
- Teamwork: Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment and coordinate with sales and management teams
