RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance productivity.
Duties
- Support daily operations by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks including report preparation, internal communication, data entry, clerical duties, and coordination of office equipment and staff-related matters.
- Process and manage documentation for delivery and receiving of goods.
- Daily key-in and maintain records of Delivery Notes and perform invoicing in the Food Market Hub system for tracking and reference.
- Verify and submit suppliers’ Delivery Orders and related documents to the respective departments for delivery and payment processing.
- Assist with product packaging duties during the absence of procurement staff.
- Handle monthly payroll processes and attendance records.
- Manage and update staff leave records.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Interpersonal Communication or negotiation skill, at least 2 years of experience in related field
- Positive work attitude, resourceful, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit and able to work independently
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Able to read and write English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
