Job Description:
1. Attend to the filing of documents and administrative matters of the firm.
2. Attend to day-to-day operations of the firm
3. Attend to the recruitment & onboarding process
4. Attend to employee relations and welfare
5. Attend to HR documentations and compliance
6. Attend to the payroll process
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Computer literate. Must be able to use Microsoft Office tools.
2. Able to work independently and under stress.
3. Possess strong communication skills
4. Meticulous, hardworking and a team player.
5. Required language(s): High proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
7. Prior working experience in a legal firm and handling HR and administrative matters, would be an added advantage.
8. Salary to be commensurate with experience.
