- Assist in financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible.
- Assist in audit process by providing required documentation and information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
- Liaise with the bank, external auditor, tax agent, and company secretary on company matters.
- Assist on day-to-day office administration duties including up-to-date filing system.
- Involve in arranging meetings, events, or any office occasions.
- Involve in tender preparation, writing, documentation, submissions, and any task required.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
