Overview:
Responsible for managing finance and accounting across all ELS Group companies. Reports to the Director of Finance and ensures accurate reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, and cash flow for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Manage audits, banking, and inter-company transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Enhance systems, processes, and internal controls for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance with ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing finance/accounts (with team supervision).
- Audit background (2+ years) preferred; education/IT industry experience an advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Member of MIA is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
