Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing accounts payable for the company, its subsidiaries, and related party entities.
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate recording of invoices and payments
- Support the finance team in preparation for year-end audits
- Provide assistance with general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
- Basic knowledge of SST and familiarity with Smart Ledger Accounting Software is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to support when required
- Willing to do overtime if required
- Willing to work in Puchong area
