Description
- Managing and processing Accounts Payable cycle transactions and payments, remittance transfers, staff claims and petty cash
- Check and update supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Liaise with operations and coordinate the documents and filings
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare statistical and financial reports for management
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or LCCI/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- 1 year working experiences. Fresh graduates with passion to learn and grow will be considered.
- Preferably Executives/ Non-Executives with experience in handling Cash & Stock in retail industry.
- Self-motivated and passionate about retail.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
