- Financial Record-Keeping:Systematically recording all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, and payments, and ensuring they are accurately posted to the correct accounts.
- Financial Reporting:Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Developing and monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and providing financial advice for planning and forecasting.
- Tax Compliance:Managing tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and recommending appropriate tax strategies.
- Auditing:Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to ensure financial accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Reconciliation:Regularly reconciling bank and credit card accounts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payroll:Processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and processing employee salaries and benefits.
- Data Analysis:Analyzing financial data to provide insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
