Are you passionate about fintech, client success, and solving problems? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and be the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and vendor partners.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for clients, supporting them with day-to-day needs.
- Handle compliance reviews and ensure accounts meet regulatory standards.
- Work closely with internal management to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Coordinate with vendor support teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in account management, client success, or operations (fintech/payments/banking a big plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities.
- Knowledge of compliance in financial services is a bonus.
