RESPONSIBILITY :
Ø To perform day to day accounting functions/ prepare & update payment list.
Ø Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end closing.
Ø Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ø Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure accuracy in treasury management.
Ø Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting.
Ø Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulation and company act.
Ø Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ø Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for audits and assessments
Ø To undertake all other duties and responsibilities s instructed by the Director.
REQUIREMENT :
Ø Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Ø At least 3-5 years in accounting roles.
Ø Proficient in full-set accounting and financial reporting standards.
Ø Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL and Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ø Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, compliance requirements, and e-invoicing frameworks.
Ø Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
Ø Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
WORKING DETAILS :
Ø Working Days: Monday - Friday & Saturday (Half to 2pm)
Ø Working Time: 9am - 6pm (from mond ay to friday)
Ø Salary: RM3,800 - RM4,200 (Depend on experience)
