- Responsible for a Full Spectrum of Accounting Activities including Full Set of Accounts, Monthly Management Reporting and any Other Ad-Hoc Reporting
- Ensure Day-to-Day Operation, monitoring Internal Controls, System Review, SOPs and Develop Effective and Timely Reporting Process
- Ensure Reporting are prepared in timely basis with Accuracy and Completeness are always maintained at satisfactory level
- Maintain Good record of Accounting Entries and Ensure that Accounts are up-to-date at all times
- Constant Monitoring of Company's cashflow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operation and out-going payment requirements and commitments
- Ensure Annual Audited Accounts, Company tax return and Tax Estimate are completed and filed on time
- Prepare Company Budget, Cashflow Forecast and Variance Analysis Report
- Make Recommendations to Improve And/or Enhance existing procedures and practices
- Provide Guidance, Coaching and Mentoring Subordinate's Performance
- Ensure Accounting Records and Systems Comply with Internal Policies, Approved Accounting Standards and Related Statutory/ Tax Requirements
- Facilitate and Assist with Enquiries from Internal Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and other relevant authorities in relation to audit, accounting and tax issues
