We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in building Nimbly’s global vision.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full sales cycle
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Generate new business opportunities, develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements during the sales process
- Provide input to product and marketing teams from conversations with customers
- Approach all deals with a customer-first “ready to help” mentality, assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
- Accurately track all sales activity and forecasting in CRM.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of account executive sales experience (in a closing role), preferably in SaaS platform software
- Fluency in English is a must (both verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions
- Strong prospecting abilities and track record of building net new business particularly Mid Market or Enterprise Retail and F&B leads in South East Asia
- Proven track record of success and over-achievement of quotas
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- High level of comfort with technology and able to learn new technologies quickly
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
- Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skill
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Have a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,400.00 per month
