The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage our financial operations. This is a hands-on role for a proficient individual who can ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at managing the complete accounting cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Set Accounting: Handle the full set of accounts, including preparation of monthly management reports, trial balance, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial schedules.
- E-Invoice Management: Take full responsibility for the preparation, validation, and timely submission of E-Invoices in compliance with the latest LHDN regulations.
- SST Compliance: Manage all aspects of Sales and Service Tax (SST), including preparation of SST-02 returns, submissions, and ensuring timely payments.
- Accounts Management: Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Assist in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Audit & Taxation: Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for annual audits, tax computations, and corporate secretarial matters.
- System & Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience handling a full set of accounts is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with E-Invoice implementation and SST submission is essential.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- High proficiency in SQL or other similar accounting software (e.g., UBS) and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
