Position Overview
Quantified Energy is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across key markets in the APAC region. As a core member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, closing high-impact deals, and promoting our innovative solar technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the solar PV industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align customer needs with our offerings and ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the solar PV and renewable energy sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and brand positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the product and operations teams to support continuous improvement.
- Represent Quantified Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar PV or renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the solar PV market, including project development, EPC, and financing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse markets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
