Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of accounting function of the group.
- To maintain full set of accounts.
- Produce monthly management reports, handle treasury banking and daily accounting functions.
- Handling Accounts Payable and Account Receivables (Receipts) transactions.
- Filing and any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Must have a good command of English, Bahasa Melayu & ability to speak Mandarin due to the need to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Min 1 year of experience handling a full set of account.
- Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice.
- Experience in consolidated account would be an added advantage
- Computer literate and good communication skill.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Preferably he/she has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
