Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial data entry, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the overall financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input daily financial transactions into the accounting system (data entry).
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other related documents.
- Maintain and update financial records and filing systems.
- Perform calculations and assist in monitoring company costs, revenues, and expenditures.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports such as cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheets (if required).
- Monitor account receivables and payables.
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, or banks when necessary.
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax submissions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate formulas).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of tax regulations (SST / LHDN) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, trustworthy, and responsible.
