Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks and assist in general office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Support in preparing invoices and delivery orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure all invoices are properly documented, tracked, and filed.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to verify billing information.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers when necessary.
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including answering calls, managing office supplies, and document handling.
- Maintain proper filing and record systems (both physical and digital).
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple roles (accounting and admin tasks).
- Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
