Job Scope:
- Administrative & Coordination Duties: Maintain organized filing systems for finance and admin records. Manage daily office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance. Assist in HR tasks (e.g. staff records, leave tracking). Coordinate correspondence and schedules.
- Documentation & Support: Prepare and issue quotations, POs, and Work Orders (WO) accurately and in a timely manner. Track and update the status of all POs and WOs. Liaise with customers and suppliers on documentation and basic support queries.
- Accounting Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries. Prepare invoices, purchase orders (PO), and financial reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma level.
- Experience: Fresh Graduate are welcome. Prior experience in accounting/business admin is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & accounting software. Good communication skills in English, Malay, and preferably Mandarin. Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
