Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily online sales transactions from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Reconcile payments received from e-commerce platforms and match with sales reports.
- Monitor and verify online fees, commissions, and deductions.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales and collection reports.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and refunds.
- Liaise with e-commerce teams for order/payment discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements related to e-commerce.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce business.
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
