- Prepare relevant document for Payable cycles and get approval by the authorize personnel within time frame.
- Ensure the approved payment are completed and delivered to the suppliers.
- Monitor the cash flow status for the other related companies assigned.
- Preparing documentations for banks, authorities and other related parties as required by superiors.
- To assist the Executive on finalizing the Audited Accounts of the company.
- Any other related duties that may assign by the superiors with regards to accounts and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in Accounting Department.
- Good writing skills in Bahasa and English.
