Job Responsibilities:
- Help the supervisor close the accounts each month, making sure that every transaction is recorded in the general ledger.
- Maintain and update accounting records, and make sure that all financial transactions are accurate and comprehensive.
- Assist with year-end and month-end closure procedures.
- Create and turn in invoices, payment vouchers, and other relevant financial records.
- Manage everyday banking issues, employee claims, and petty cash.
- submitting PV, PA, and PS payment vouchers.
- Assist with the GL, P&L, and balance sheet documentation for the yearly audit.
- Check for compliance with strict accounting rules and regulatory requirements.
- Ad hoc assignments as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Familiar with full set of accounts and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software/systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
