- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and data, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as cash flow records
- Process invoices and payments, reconcile vendor statements, and perform other accounting-related tasks
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, maintaining accurate audit trails and records
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and current information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial and accounting issues
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for both physical and digital records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and related accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
