AFCO was established in 2019 by En Afrizal Irfan. Since then, it has expanded its services to include auditing, taxation, company secretarial services, advisory, human resources, administration, finance, and training. Originally based in Ampang, Selangor, the company later moved its operations to Subang Jaya and, eventually, to Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for Account & Admin Assistant to join our team.
Branch :
Seremban : 1 account tax
Kota Bharu : 1 account tax
Responsibilities :
● Preparing and processing monthly financial accounts and reports
● Assisting with tax filing and compliance for individual and corporate clients
● Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
● Liaising with clients to gather information and respond to queries
● Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures
● Organize and manage files related to clients, ensuring accurate documentation and easy accessibility for the team.
● Assist in preparing annual financial records, including gathering necessary documents for accounting and audit purposes.
● Regularly update financial records and client files, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field.
● Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles is
preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
● Good communication skill and willingness to learn.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting principles.
● Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
● Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) is highly
preferred.
