ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :
a) Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables / GL entries.
b) To handle billing and invoicing for key account clients.
c) Prepare weekly billing reports for the client
d) Assisting in a purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control
e) To organize a filing system for important and confidential company document
f) Ensure the reception area and meeting room are tidy and presentable
g) Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
b) Prefer with 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Accounting Software
d) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
e) Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude
f) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
g) Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
