- Financial Management: Oversee the general ledger, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily and weekly cashflow reports, monthly financial summaries, and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profits and improve cash flow.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Compile and review annual budgets, assisting in financial planning for the company.
- Compliance and Controls: Design and maintain internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to department projects such as e-invoicing implementation and other system enhancements.
- Administrative efficiency: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including accurate data entry.
Requirement
- Good command of written and spoken Malay & English.
- Possess a degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
- Experience in full set of accounting will be advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to perform multiple-task.
