Full job description
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including data entry and invoice processing
Requirements:
- Preferably some experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Candidates with more than 1 year of experience handling a full set of accounts will have an added advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties such as issuing invoices, following up on payments, and updating customer accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and issue debit notes and credit notes
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as required
- Enter AP invoices, driver commissions, check sales invoices, and prepare standard journal entries
- Reconcile AR and AP balances, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
