Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry account receivable and account payable and general ledger.
- Filing documents to maintain a systematic filing system.
- Assist in handle administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing documents and schedule for audit and liaise with external auditor and tax agents as required.
- Reimbursement petty cash to staff and updated petty cash records on weekly basis.
- Handle checking staff claim, overtime and mileage claim.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related field, with experience working the legal firm account department will be an advantage.
- Preferable languages: Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles including bookkeeping and journal adjustments.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in daily routine work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, possess strong problem-solving skill and attention to details.
