核心职责 Core Responsibilities
1. 客户开发与对接:开拓潜在企业客户资源,推介项目核心优势,精准邀约客户到访洽谈。
1. Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, present project strengths, and facilitate client visits.
2. 渠道拓展与管理:自主开发中介合作渠道,或对接招商总监指派的合作机构,优化资源整合效率。
2. Develop intermediary channels or collaborate with assigned agencies to enhance resource synergy.
3. 客户全周期跟进:维护客户关系,解答业务疑问,主导谈判流程并推动签约落地。3. Maintain client relationships, resolve queries, lead negotiations, and drive contract finalization.
4. 自媒体运营:运营个人自媒体账号,定期发布项目推广内容,提升品牌曝光度。
4. Manage personal media accounts to promote project updates and amplify brand visibility.
5. 执行协作:高效完成上级指派的其他战略性任务,支持团队目标达成。
5. Execute ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by leadership to support team objectives.
任职要求 Qualifications
1. 行业经验:3年以上产业地产招商经验,熟悉区域市场动态与客户需求。
1. 3+ years in industrial property investment promotion, with regional market expertise.
2. 资源与协作:在负责区域积累有效客户资源,具备卓越的跨部门协作能力。
2. Established client network in target regions and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
3. 业务敏锐度:对市场趋势高度敏感,具备独立判断力与主动开拓意识。
