Responsibilities:-
- Assist warehouse Manager / Senior Executive in daily warehouse function
- Assist Warehouse Manager / Senior Executive (superior) oversees and ensure smooth running of division operation & warehousing in accordance with policies & procedures and Warehouse Operating Procedures in line with the Company’s objectives
- Assist Warehouse Manage / Senior Executive to lead and motivate a team of staff in achieving accuracy in receiving, processing, storage, contrail of damaged stock in storage location, minimized discrepancies of stock processing & on-time-delivery as pre-set KPI by the Company
- Ensure safe Loading and Unloading of materials in warehouse facility using forklift
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- Minimum certificate / diploma in any field. Qualifications related to Logistics / Warehousing is an added advantage
- 3 to 5 years Logistics, Warehousing or related experience in Warehouse operations
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role, overseeing day-to-day operations and staff performance.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese as an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Valid Forklift Certification will be an advantage.
- Knowledge In PDA will be an advantage - Practical experience using PDA devices for inventory tracking, scanning, and stock management, including both inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Solid understanding of logistics workflows and inventory models, including:-
- Just-In-Time (JIT)
- Cross-docking*
- FIFO (First In, First Out) / LIFO (Last In, First Out)
- Delivery and dispatch operations
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and possess strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and productivity while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Working Hours:-
- Monday – Friday(8.00am – 5.00pm) or (9.00am - 6:00pm)
- And,Saturday(9.00am – 13.00pm) or (12.00pm - 16.00pm) or (15.00pm to 19.00pm) - TO BE SCHEDULED BY SUPERIOR
