- Assist operation in daily administrative activities of warehouse operations.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
- Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, including documentation and processing.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing warehouse documentation, such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
- Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
- Ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
- Familiar with WMS / SAP.
- Able to work in Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
