· Received PI or sales order from sales team based on date delivery.
· Picking and lock stock from the system (follow expiry date and location) based on customer requirement.
· Check and pull out a report from Dms and compare it with a list of orders (LSO) for waiting stock RDD.
· Handles and prepare picking list for B2B customer to operation.
· Update and confirm stock lock in the WhatsApp group.
· Communicates any outbound issues with sales and transporter.
· Assist in checking and finding out documentation if needed.
· Assist to prepare documents for the rejection from the customer for CN purpose.
· Updates pallet quantity in Teams for truck arrangement.
· Monitor PI update for the next delivery and check the status PI.
· Provides photo to sales and share in group for new packaging.
· Upload picking list in Microsoft teams for DO.
· Follow up status DO from finance and sales for the next delivery.
· Inform operation of the special instruction from customer before delivery.
· Assist in transport arrangement for the booking truck.
· Handles for cash sales/internal purchase.
· Release stock from the system for the cancellation.
· Segregate document according to DO number and delivery month.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Business Administration/ Logistics/ related field.
· Able to learn inventory software, databases, and systems.
· Able to work/adapt in modern fast pace warehousing practices methods and environment. Work independently and in a team.
· Able to put in extra effort and willing to work overtime when necessary to ensure work is done within the given timeline.
· Able to read and understand English.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Strong attention to details.
· Preferably someone that has experience in Warehouse, operation and admin.
· Preferably candidate who is computer literate.
· Ability to work well with all levels of the Company.
