Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests—from the first greeting to the final goodbye. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
- Accurately take and relay food and drink orders.
- Ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Order Fulfillment
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and with care.
- Regularly check in with guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests quickly and cleanly.
Restaurant Maintenance
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support restaurant setup and closing duties as needed.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to team members during peak periods.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Use restaurant equipment responsibly and safely.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand or move throughout the shift.
