Responsibilities:
- Handle payment and receipt from customer.
- Monitor and supervise Treasury Executive.
- Draw Bank’s Trade facility to address business liquidity requirement.
- Perform Foreign Telegraph payment to foreign supplier. Monitor incoming dollar export receipt from Oversea Customer.
- Participate in new system integration and provide feedbacks for improvement if found any discrepancy.
- Assist HOD for banking account opening, trade facility application and forex FEC facility application.
- Liaising with Finance Departments for the treasury transactions input.
- Prepare P&L report from hedging activity.
- Reconcile Gold and Forex Transactions performed by Dealers.
- Generate invoices and statement to customer whenever customer request.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or relevant qualification in any field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy with MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and have a strong eye for detail.
- A positive and motivated attitude, fast learner and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Mathematics.
- Able to start work immediately
