Position: Trainer- (Fresh/Entry)
Work Base: On-site (No remote work)
1. Kota Kinabalu (1 pax): Covers stores in KK, Labuan, and Sandakan.
2. Johor Bahru (1 pax): Covers stores in JB and upper Johor.

Responsibilities:
1. Store Training & Enablement
- Deliver in-store training on procedures and promotions.
- Conduct refresher sessions to improve staff knowledge and confidence.
- Guide store staff through customer reward registration steps.
2. Activation & Rewards Program Execution
- Support stores during program activation.
- Monitor staff adoption and registration progress.
- Provide troubleshooting support for system or registration issues.
3. Route Planning & Store Coordination
- Work with Area Manager to plan and prioritize weekly store visits.
- Ensure all assigned stores are covered efficiently.
4. Relationship Building & Communication
- Build strong relationships with store teams through visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain an approachable, helpful presence to encourage adoption.
- Provide field insights and feedback to improve program execution.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or students looking for a 3-month full-time internship/short-term work experience.
- A people-person: approachable, friendly, and confident in speaking to groups.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malay (other languages a plus).
- Willing to travel frequently within assigned region.
- Enjoys coaching, teaching, and helping others succeed.
- Highly organized and systematic in managing schedules.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Must possess own transport and valid driver’s license.
Salary Range: RM 1,000 – RM 1,800 per month
