Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable Solar products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years’ experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Experience in the solar renewable industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
